Shipping policy

All items will be shipped within 3 days of the purchase date Via USPS or UPS with tracking. In the event of a package being lost, stolen, or damaged due to factors uncontrolled by us, JollyJack is not responsible, and such claims should be held at the buyer's responsibility.
