JollyJack does not allow returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds and is not responsible for any damage to packages during transit or delivery. However, in some instances, we may offer a buyback at our discretion.
In the event of a package being lost, stolen, or damaged due to factors uncontrolled by us, JollyJack is not responsible, and such claims should be held at the buyer's responsibility. All item photos and descriptions represent exactly what you will receive. In the event that an item is severely misrepresented, we will do a full analysis of the situation and conclude a fair result.
