Shipping & Return Policy
JollyJack does not allow returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds and is not responsible for any damage to packages during transit. However, in some instances, we may offer a buyback at our discretion.
All items will be shipped within 3 days of the purchase date. In the event of a package being lost, stolen, or damaged due to factors uncontrolled by us, JollyJack is not responsible, and such claims should be held at the buyer's responsibility. Item photos represent exactly what you will receive. In the event that an item is severely misrepresented, we will do a full analysis of the situation and conclude a fair result.
